Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns exclusively in the case of proven product defects. Please report any defect within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@skisimulator.ch with a description of the issue and supporting photos.

In the event of a defect, we prefer to resolve the issue quickly and straightforwardly — either by providing free replacement parts or a partial refund. If a return is required, we will cover all return shipping costs.

For damage occurring during transport, please document the damage immediately upon delivery (photos before or at the time of receipt) and notify us within 24 hours. As all shipments are fully insured, we will assume full responsibility in such cases.
