Shipping policy

For orders up to CHF 300, a flat shipping fee of CHF 30 applies. Orders above CHF 300 are delivered free of charge.

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. Delivery takes 5–20 business days. For certain products, shipment is made directly from the manufacturer in the EU — delivery times may vary slightly in these cases. All shipments are fully insured.
